Civil proceedings have been commenced against you in the above-named Court by Invest Medical LLC c.o.b. Gestlife seeking damages for defamation.

On June 12, 2026, Justice Stephenson ordered that the Statement of Claim and any other documents in this matter may be served by way of this advertisement and email. Service of the Statement of Claim shall be effective 10 days after this advertisement.

You must file a defence in accordance with Rule 20 of the Rules of Court, NB Reg 82-73.
